Iro Handbags uses the PayPal system to accept online orders. When you find an item you would like to purchase, click the 'Add to Cart' button next to the desired item, and a new window will open with your PayPal shopping cart, containing the items you wish to purchase. If you wish, you may close this window, and PayPal will remember which items are in your cart. Click the 'View Cart' button from anywhere to reopen your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, just click the 'Checkout' button of your shopping cart, and follow PayPal's directions from there.
For those who do not wish to use PayPal, or who wish to ship to addresses outside of the United States, we will of course accept certified check or money orders. Just send us an email with which items you would like to purchase, and we will work out the payment details (including shipping charges for overseas orders) with you.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and handling charges are $2.50 per $50 of your total order for all orders shipped within the United States. Please contact us for shipping charges for orders outside the United States.
Orders shipped to North Carolina addesses will also have a sales tax of 7.0% added to the purchase price.
PLEASE REMEMBER
When ordering from Iro, please remember that each of our handbags is an individual piece, unique from all the others. As such, there is always the chance that two people will try and order the same handbag, at the same time. Hopefully such instances will be rare. In such cases, we will of course work with the buyers to come to a reasonable solution. The easiest solution is of course to offer a different bag as a replacement, though in some cases (provided material from the same kimono is still available) we may be able to make a similiar bag. If neither solution is satisfactory, we will of course offer a refund, if payment has already been sent.
